The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing spa treatments really helped us recharge for our next adventures. The only small issue was that the menu options at dinner felt a bit limited, but overall, it was a great experience 🌴

The hotel boasts fine bamboo architecture nestled among lush greenery. I enjoyed the calming pathways. The personal ambassador, Helen, really stood out for her attentiveness and help with last-minute bookings. Breakfast was really good. I looked forward to my morning coffee at Hay Hay, definitely a highlight! I had a wonderful massage that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The private pool in the villa was good and perfect for unwinding. On the downside, our villa lacked adequate seating options around the pool area. It would have been nice to have more comfort there. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by tall plants, disappointing. The shuttle service could improve too-no clear instructions were given for our return, and we ended up searching for it at the station. Despite these issues, this place offered a solid experience overall.
